From the outset Supreme have distinguished themselves as a superior service provider with regard to the Internal Management Control Systems and effective supervisory staff. They have always dedicated energy and focus of the Metrorail and its customers through joint planning, innovative ideas and unconditional support.
Supreme have been commended by the public and business in the Western Cape for their effective services. The company’s level of dedication and commitment coupled with an ability to use initiative and creativity has enabled a large spectrum of commuters to gain positive perceptions on safety on trains and travel by rail. Supreme Security Services have also contributed to On-Time Service in that no cable theft incidents have occurred since establishment of their special Cable Theft Unit.
Their excellent recruitment system is reflected in the effective screening, training and placing of guards assigned to Metrorail. In turn, these guards display high levels of discipline. It is a pleasure to experience the high levels of private security services rendered by Supreme Security Services relative to the general norms of the private security industry. This can be attributed to the active involvement of their management at all levels. In my honest opinion the levels of service rendered by Supreme to Metrorail, in particular Area South, can only be equalled with great difficulty.
